Simple Homemade Granola

I have to confess, I buy granola through Azure a lot more then I make it. But this simple recipe my kids love and since I buy all the staple ingredients it’s all items I have on hand!


My biggest tip is not overcook the granola, it may look like it’s not quite down but it continues to harden up as it cools!

The biggest tip I've learned is to not overcook your granola. It may seem a little soft when you take it out of the oven, but as it cools it will firm up, giving you the perfect crunch.
