Simple coleslaw

I don’t know about you, but I can not have pulled pork without coleslaw on it. It’s freaking delicious and if you haven’t tried it I 10/10 recommend it!

Coleslaw is super simple, take this recipe as a guide, I don’t do exact measurements.


Simple Coleslaw

Shred these two items up and place in a bowl

2-3 big carrots

1 head cabbage

Next mix these together

1 cup mayonnaise (see previous blog post for recipe)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons ACV or red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon celery seed (or more)

1/4- 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4- more black pepper (really it’s your coleslaw, make it how you like it)

Combine it all and refrigerate for an hour, or eat it right away. We have for sure done both in this household 😂
